Splendor Valley Farms Utah is nestled on our Marion, Utah property. It’s a cozy 4,500 square-foot house that we’ve transformed into a short-term rental, perfect for big family get-togethers like reunions and corporate retreats during the holidays.

 

Imagine a charming log cabin that’s just the right size for large family gatherings and a fantastic starting point for your Wasatch Back adventures. Inside, you’ll find five well-appointed bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 19 guests. Upstairs, the game room is a blast for kids to make unforgettable memories together.

 

The game room loft is even bigger, with enough space for over 100 people for organizational retreats, training sessions, or wedding receptions. We can set up seating and audio/visual gear if you need it.

 

The property is super close to Park City, just 25 minutes away, and you’ll find the local resort ski lifts, giving you access to Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons. Plus, it’s only 15 minutes from the Unita National Forest. And if you’re flying in, Salt Lake International Airport is about 50 minutes away.

 

We think Splendor Valley Farms Utah is one of the best vacation spots in Utah and Summit County. It’s especially great as a Park City vacation property, farm stay, ski rental, or mountain getaway. But it’s also a fantastic place for family reunions, weddings, or any other big family event.

“This cabin is located in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings and not far from outdoor activities and surrounding cities. The cabin itself is large and spacious accommodating large groups of people comfortably. The kitchen is also large and allows for easy cooking and serving. Though it is only stocked with minimal kitchenware and serving items for a smaller group. The plates and drinking cups are glass or ceramic, so if you have small children you will have to bring plastic or paper ware. The refrigerator upstairs and downstairs is stellar for larger groups! There is plenty of sleeping space, the beds are comfortable. Stephan is a fun and friendly host that responds with promptness. The place was just so beautiful on the farm.” Catherine
